Mom: "In the morning they all woke up almost at the same moment and ran to see what was in their stockings. In every stocking was a pair of bright red mittens and a stick of red-and-white peppermint candy. They were so happy they could hardly speak." Heart: That's it? Mittens and a candy stick? That's all they got? And they were happy?! Mom: Living in the woods during pioneer times makes you appreciate the little things. Heart: Sounds to me like it made 'em goofy.
