Heart: What are you doing with that? Dean: It's my fork from lunch. Heart: Gross! Why didn't you throw it out? Dean: No way! Dean: I'm a firm believer in recycling.
Ooooh forks with sharp points. We must sue the school, the fork manufacturer, the lunch room lady who handed them out, the lunch room monitor lady who didn’t confiscate the forks and who didn’t notify the school authorities, the EPA, FDA, FBI, and other Nanny State agencies, as applicable. If Dean’s Mom packed his lunch, Dean must be suspended from school , picked up by CPS, and his parents must go to court to prove they are not unfit parents. Is there no end to this madness? Just look at what the Nanny State mentality has done to Great Britain.
I once read an interview with Jonathan Frid (the original “Barnabas Collins” from the original Dark Shadows). He told the magazine that they had to dub all the dialog he spoke with his fangs in because of the lisp they created. I imagine it was hard to get used to having the terrifying vampire lisp at you just before he bit in. Must have been hard to keep a straight face on the set.

I would expect something like this from Lio, not from you, Dean.

When I was in grade school, someone broke off all but one of the middle tines of a plastic fork. It provided literally minutes of amusement.
