Heart: whoa! Dean: Are we back? Mrs. Angelini: Were you not here? Heart: We were astrally projecting ourselves and you were about to wake our physical forms, which would have trapped us forever in "middle mind", so I used my vintage joy buzzer to zap us back to reality! Mrs. Angelini: I swear, those sour candies you kids eat are rotting your brains and teeth. Dean: She might have a point.
Interesting how Heart (as an astral projection) was in a panic, but somehow came prepared.
