Um, yes it does, Dean, it costs her ten dollars. Whether she knew she had it is irrelevant. She has it now.

And there’s also the problem of selecting a charity that will actually do some good with the money. Still, it’s at least something to think about.
I still think Mrs. Angelini absent-mindedly put it in Heart’s pocket instead of her own when the coats were on a chair, or something like that. Heart will spend it; then Mrs. A will be wandering around looking for her $10 and Heart will feel guilty.
