I guess this way the cartoonist can write them from both perspectives and show all the humor of them being little plus middle school.

Personally I like the flashbacks. I haven’t been reading this strip that long and I loved them as little kids. So I’m glad he’s continuing that a bit.

Tatulli is on vacation or something. Lio has been in reruns as well. I guess for Heart he needs to put the flashback label on to keep from confusing readers with the change in ages.
