I don’t think Jamaal has bought any beef tongue lately. Still not an expensive cut, but it’s no longer the dime-a-dozen commodity that gave it the “just for poor people” stigma.
…Aww, man, I wanna go get one right now, and make tongue tacos for dinner. There’s no meat more tender and juicy for under $3/lb.
