The new shingles vaccine really hit me hard, my arm turned red down to the elbow and it took a week for it to clear. I had a bad case of chicken pox as a kid, so my system was primed for developing shingles.

I just received my flu shot. Not only did it not hurt, I didn’t need a Band-Aid.
