Years ago my youngest son put a penny in the seatbelt release. I thought I was going to have to get someone with a knife to get me out. I finally got it loose and got the penny out.
Seat belts seem fine, although it looks like he was driving from the passenger seat. It’s the seat anchors I’d worry about.
