Of course they’re adorable. Is anyone really surprised?

I like how Mr. Gardner has “Al” hair, maybe it’s a toupee from the same place Sedine got Ellie’s wig. Aside from that, I’m certain I’ve seen a character that looks like him before, I just can’t place where. Mrs. Gardner looks ageless, could easily be Ellie’s sister, looks like Ellie will be nice and cute for a long time.

Since you are going to be grandparents shortly, Ellie has gotten her fill of pork lately.

Wow. Good to see that Ellie’s smarter and less clueless than somebody…

People not knowing where the states are, it’s nothing new. Saw it first hand too.

The last time I was in North Dakota was for a Bob Dylan concert in Fargo. Good music. Good times. Good people. Those must be exceptional sandwiches to not mind missing their daughter’s wedding.

I see that Ellie’s rapier-like intellect is inherited honestly. (After all, pulled pork is so easy to make, one can get it anywhere, even North Dakota, but which BBQ sauce if any is a regional choice. Both tomato and mustard based sauce is available at the ubiquitous Kroger markets. Get yours ready for New Year’s folks!)
