I have never had a Red Bull, Rockstar or canned “energy drink”. And I stopped drinking soda when I was in college (30+ years ago)I do drink coffee in the morning, so don’t feel like I am on my high horse about it.I just don’t need a boost of energy in the afternoon/evening to get through a typical day.
