This strip baffles me. I love the drawing, the characters and the huge format - it is just that the story never seems to make sense! Even for a comic, there should be a beginning, a middle and an end to a story. Where the hell did this space guy come from?

John44 — did you miss Jane being (mistakenly) picked up the other day in a car that has just turned into a spaceship?
They actually wanted the kid with the high score on the video game outside the little store — but Jane has the same initials.
Go back a couple of weeks and start over, and you’ll find it perfectly clear.
