Today, the “Slouchy Kid” (Dexter) speaks of an albeit sad, but important truism…. to change oneself for the better is a huge amount of work. Most of us will try, and then with a modicum of success often fall back into our earlier actions. If and when a person seeks to truly change him/herself, it requires a heavy dose of stamina, stamina which often is hard to maintain.
