Just another scare tactic from doctors so they can get kickbacks from the drug companies for all the prescriptions they write.
Where did the “200” number come from?
Stay away from the so-called “healthy” fats. I use lard, butter and don’t skim the fat off most poultry or meats when I cook. These are the healthy fats. Just be careful how much you consume, when you eat and definitely exercise some each day.

I agree on a change of diet. What Joe thinks is great is bad for the body. Life change.
