The phrase from Marcy, “Switzerland in Philadelphia” got me to googling. And, lo and behold, there are enough expat Swiss in Philly to need an extension of the Swiss Consulate. I guess Marcy was saying that if they had room for two others who just know my husband to come to a “family” outing overseas, they might as well let all the Swiss in Philly come, too.

What’s Marcy doing at the Police Station?!? As I understand it, the squad room isn’t a place where spouses come and hang out.
