It says it serves 4, so I think they would be smallish sausages, the size that one person would eat three of. But you could probably use any size as long as you had 4 servings (about a pound), and cut larger sausages into smaller chunks or thick slices.

Looks like a keeper. What size sausages? Looks like it could be hot dog wiener size, or maybe breakfast sausage size?
