Bug Blog by Cuco Rocha Anchors Away Presidential candidate Jeb Bush clarified that when he says "anchor babies," it doesn't apply to Mexicans. He means the Chinese. It's considered progress in the Republican party when they restate that the Chinese are also ruining the USA, not just Mexicans.
