OK, I get it about stereotypes. But when I want a taco (which is most of the time for me) I’m looking for this guy rather than the big chain (i.e., “white America”) “Mexican” restaurants. (And BTW I’m an “old white guy” myself…)

Everyone naturally uses some stereotypes in making an initial assessment of any stranger.
