I have noticed this year that our squirrels look heavier and sort of more muscular than normal. Bigger overall even. We had all the colors of squirrels, then the black ones took over, and now they are back to our original reddish brown ones. Maybe in the spring the rest will come back.

Around here, even the foxes are chubby. (or maybe they have fluffed out their fur against the cold.)
