What ticks me off is when they give you these customer review things with multiple choice and no option to tell them what you really think of their service or when they ask you to let them know what you think of their service before you even received your product, I mean sure, I like the people that served me in your store but I haven’t received my glasses yet so I can’t tell you with all honesty what I think yet can I?
