GFNV, OCD counts as three words.
The comic can’t be unfunny. That would mean it was funny and its funniness was removed. You mean non-funny.
You can’t be deleting it now. You wrote that four hours ago. You mean you were deleting it then.
“Or maybe I won’t.” is a sentence fragment.
You were not writing four sentences. You were writing eight.
Because ADD and OCD each count was three words, you were writing more than four words in three of the sentences.
I forget what I was going to say about ADD.
You don’t suffer from OCD. It looks like you were enjoying it.
My daughter has one or more of these disorders. It manifests itself during mealtime. She fills her plate so that none of the items on the plate touch each other. (She even has to have salad dressing “on the side”.) Then she’ll start with one item and eat it til it’s all gone. Then she’ll rotate the plate and work on item #2 until it’s been devoured, the rotate, eat, rotate, eat ad nauseum.
I suppose I’m a bit OCD when it comes to my laundry. Everything has to be done a certain way. The clothes must be sorted in a certain way, the socks must be counted before going into the pile which goes downstairs, then counted again as they go into the washer, then counted as they go into the dryer, and finally counted and matched as soon as they come out of the dryer. Shirts must be hung on hangers all facing the same way, sorted by type (long sleeve button down first, short sleeve no collar polo shirts last), slacks sorted similarly by type, and facing the same way. I can even open my closet and grab the exact number of hangers I need to hang up the clothes just by where the hangers are. I think that’s sort of OCD, isn’t it?

@GFNV - I don’t think you have OCD. We both have ADD. Attention Def…What were we talking about again?

OCD doesn’t necessarily involve endless repetition.
I am capable of making a joke about my OCDs but as amusing (?) as this one is I don’t need to be reminded.

Is there any facet of the human personality that hasn’t been classified as a disorder or a syndrome?
Is it possible that some kids are just ill behaved poorly disciplined little brats and some adults are just plain weird?

Coyoty, I think “Or maybe I won’t.” was a perfectly good elliptical sentence.

Step 2: repeat step 1. Step 3: repeat step 2. Etc., etc., etc.

Worst is CDO - it’s like OCD, but the letters are in alphabetical order the way they should be.

ROTF! (I wouldn’t be surprised if we’re all a little bit OCD.)
