Ugh, it still makes my skin crawl and stomach tighten years later. Fortunately, I don’t sweat much, so I could get by with not showering until I got home.
I only showered once during 5 years of gym. That was when I was forced to by the gym teacher (I’m sure he was an androphile). I never worked up a sweat in the class anyway.
I took a swim class in high school, and had about six minutes to prep before leaving for the next class. So I would be in that next class looking like a drowned rat. Self-conscious teenage girls just love that.

In the 7th grade, we had one gang shower….hot summer…ice cold water……brrrr….
