Luann by Greg Evans and Karen Evans for October 18, 1987
Transcript:
Luann: He's got on his "lecture face..." Dad: She's got on here "innocent face" Dad: ...so, you got a "d" on your big english report because you turned it in late.... Dad: Is this the one you said would be easy? Dad: The one you knew about two weeks ago? The one we kept reminding you about? Dad: We kept saying, "two weeks will slip away, Luann. you'd better do a little each night. Don't put it off until the last minute." Dad: And you kept saying, " I know, I know! It won't take me that long!" Dad: And then you were up until midnight working on it, angry at your teacher for being a tyrant. Dad: Is this that report, Luann? Luann: no.... I believe that was my history report....
