luann: dear diary: i'd love to get my hair cut and permed- even bleached blonde. but what if it turned out all thrashed and hideous-looking? luann: hm. lynda wilson has hair like mine...maybe i could get her to try it first... luann: check these out, delta. i made some hairstyle test cards. delta: some what? luann: watch- i can try different styles with these cards. here i am as a perky brunette delta: hey! not bad! luann: sultry blonde... delta: nice! luann: frisky redhead delta: let me try one! luann: pretty neat, huh? delta: these are great! when did you make 'em? luann: in art class. delta: art?! mr.schmidt actually let you? luann: well, no. we were supposed to be making a collage and he got all mad at me for wasting supplies. he said we were in art class not beauty school. luann: but i said, "look- this is art and beauty!" he gave me a 'd' anyway. delta: hey, art teachers live in their own weird world.
While I love art, art was always my least favorite subject in school, mainly because of the teachers.
