Dad: The food I eat at every meal is low cal, reduced fat, no cholesterol, vitamin enriched, whole grain high fiber, lite n lean. Dad: So how come I'm not slim, trim and full of energy? Mom: probably because the food you eat between every meal is high fat, extra rich, deep fried, cream filled, sugar coated and chocolate dipped.
