As they are putting up posters for SADD, Luann tells Delta, "..so I called Aaron at the hospital and guess who answered- Tiffany!" Delta says, "Tiffany?! What was she doing there?" Luann pictures Tiffany nursing Aaron. She explains, "What else? Flirting! I can just see it: They're alone in his room..He's in bed, helpless and vulnerable..She's holding his hand..whispering in his ear.." Luann's face puffs out as she continues, "Caressing his fevered brow..It makes me so..so..fptt.." Delta warns, "Luann, you're gonna have a face hernia.."
We do not see much of that expression in the modern era.
