Luann by Greg Evans and Karen Evans for November 07, 1995
Transcript:
Frank, Nancy and Luann are looking at a magazine. Frank exclaims, "There's a nice-looking dishwasher." Nancy says, "Except for the ugly price." Luann exclaims, "Let's get that 'whisper quiet' one!" Nancy says, "Too pricey." Luann says, "Mom, I had to shout over our old dishwasher. If we're gonna get another one like that, we might as well do the dishes by hand!" Frank exclaims, "Did you hear that? Luann's offering to do the dishes!" Nancy praises, "Honey! How sweet of you!" Luann changes her tone, "Ok, fine. Get a noisy one. Who listens to me, anyway?"
I always do the dish by myself. Dishwashers are just a waste of electricity and water.
