The family is in the kitchen. Frank looks at a contract and says, "Brad, did you READ this timeshare contract? You can't possibly pay this." Brad says, "Oh." Looking in the refrigerator, Luann asks, "If he goes to jail, can we knock out the wall between our bedrooms?" Diane puts her hand on Brad's shoulder, saying, "But it's a sweet idea, honey. Very thoughtful." Eating, Luann says, "Yeah. Except for bein' impossible, worthless and stupid, it's perfect."
The sale itself was illegal as you have to be married, 25 years old, and have combined income of 25 to 40k dollars. He’s NONE of those things. So either he lied on the forms or the sales person didn’t do their job right.
