Luann says, "You want us to do more volunteering!?!" Delta says, "Not me. The President. He wants to change volunteerism from a guilty obligation to an enjoyable activity!" Luann says, "He's a funny guy." Bernice says, "Yeah! How do you get teens to do anything?" Delta says, "I have a pointy stick."
Just a question, Delta: isn’t cleaning the streets one of those things that is covered by the taxes? Volunteering sure looks like a way to make you feel guilty so you do for free something that your parents already paid for.
