Luann by Greg Evans and Karen Evans for August 06, 2013
Transcript:
Luann: "I can't believe you'll be back in September!" Quill: "IF my parents go for it. They support my theater goals, so-" Luann: "Quill, this plan is just so... so..." Quill: "Logical?" Luann: "Logical? No! It's romantic! You think it's logical?" Quill: "I'm thinking about what to say to my parents" Luann: "Ah. Ok, you be logical. I'll keep the romantic party going" Quill: "Good plan"
Isn’t it way premature for Quill to be discussing this with Luann if he hasn’t even mentioned it to his parents yet? He will have a hard time convincing mom and dad that he needs to go to the USA for his senior year of high school to be an actor. This argument falls flat on its face when you consider the number of actors who were trained in Australia. It will be clear that he wants to come to the USA just to be with Luann (or Gunther, as the case may be), and why would his parents sent him abroad for his senior year just for that?
