Brad: Mom wants me to decide what to box and what to trash. I don't really care. Luann: So trash it all? Even your trophies? Brad: Yeah. They're nothin' special. Luann: And this baggie-"toni's pen"-definitely tra- Brad: No! That's from when we first met in paramedic school! Luann; Aww. One special and kinda weird trophy.
I had not realized that Brad was committed enough to collect a dresser full of sports trophies. That actually speaks well of him.
But what did he do to acquire “Toni’s Pen”? That seems kinda creepy to me.
And it bespeaks a level of befuddlement with the girl to suggest ensorcellment.
I don’t like Toni; I think she’s stringing Brad along. He is far more committed to her than the other way round.
