This strip misrepresents the bartending experience. Where are the 70 year old drunks who have been there since 9am? Where are the rowdy young men who will, in time, become the 70 year old drunks? Why hasn’t the bartender been robbed yet?

In the daytime they’re full of old men bitching about old women & old women bitching about old men. At night they’re full of young’uns doing their damnedest to turn into those old farts. I quit going to bars because I couldn’t decide which was more depressing.
