What surgery?! Radiation therapy, so far as I know, does not involve cutting into someone with a knife.

I hate it when I loose track of the current story arc like that. :)

I’m curious as to the surgery issue too. I’ve been reading daily and didn’t see where she was actually having to have surgery. Of course, I’ve been drinking coffee while I read, so I might be frazzle brained.

Annie was feeling weak and Dr. Fine felt that the chemo was not working. He checked her back into the Cleveland Clinic to give her radiation treatments as a way to jumpstart the Chemo again. Annie will now have to restart the chemo.

Thank God! I know this is only a comic strip but Annie is a very important part of this comic strip because she gives Lila depth. Annie is awesome!
