I lived there many years ago after the Cuyahoga River burned and they cleaned up the pollution greatly. Was one of my favorite places I have ever lived (and I lived in 10 states and a couple of dozen towns in my life).
Cleveland will never be a world class city until they have an app telling you where all the human poop on the streets and sidewalks is located.
In addition to state taxes you have city taxes.
Move to Houston where the cancer rate is way down and the city is very good for gentrification.
