Not all married men are straight though. Former co-worker was married to a gay man for about 15 years before he finally came out of the closet publicly. She already knew for quite some time, so it wasn’t a great shock for her and they remained good friends after the divorce.
(Sigh) The non-binary world has not caught up with Lia and friends. You don’t have to “sign up for life” with one “side” or another. But you also don’t have to talk about it all the time. :)
