I'd recommend ASTM C1929 Hi-Impact gypsum. All work up an estimate, but if there's any ectoplasm damage, that'll cost extra.

Common knowledge in the construction business that ectenic forces can raise heck with the panels, and they get a lot of work repairing walls for spiritualists. Routine work for a good drywall man, though.
