I have even tried some silk noil that was WAY too itchy for my skin- never normally wear wool (especially not knits) but lots of silk (and blends of silk/cotton like some of my sheets). Other silk knit sweaters (with lurex) are also itchy, but I wear short times because they’re pretty – like wearing spike heels :-D
