Man, it's friggin' cold today! Well, y'know what they say, it's not the cold... It's the dryness... What the @#%@#% are talkin' about? I'm just getting revenge for that weekend in July when you said it's not the heat, it's the humidity...
We lived in the Serra Nevadas and the Midwest. 20 degrees at 10% is way better than 25 at 35%. The damp lets the cold penetrate. Also, I NEVER had my scarf freeze to my face and become incrusted with ice, there, here it happens in less than 10 minutes.
