However if you ever see some small plane circling some spot on the highway up ahead, slow down before you go over the next hill. And don’t be surprised to see about 5 to 10 cop cars waiting for you!

It is prohibitively expensive to keep a plane continuously in the air even just during rush hour (they use what is called VASCAR to nab you-thick white lines on the highway). Any time I see those “Patrolled by aircraft” signs, I look around, and never see any aircraft…
