Not worth googling…it’s Thursday

Ahh….Yuengling. America’s Oldest Brewery. I toured their brewery in Pottsville, Pennsylvania three summers ago while riding my motorcycle to North Carolina. Their beer is kind of legendary here in Maine because this is not one of their marketing areas, making it difficult to find. Love their Black and Tan!

I had to look up yuengling. Had no idea what it was.

I’ve spent 40+ years in this country and have consumed a not inconsiderable amount of beer, but I’d never heard of them.

So, I take it that Pilsner has ascertained that COVID smells like stale beer.

So he’s picking up the covid paddle and waving it around. Guess parrots are immune.

I lived across the street from a fraternity off-campus just after the en loco parentis alcohol control laws were repealed. Sunday mornings the gutters literally flowed red with wine dumped from kegs. When I ran for local office, a guy from the fraternity beat me. They used the three-party system against me – they had a party before, during, and after the election.

Not a beer person so had never heard of that brand. I thought maybe it was Yiddish for a youngster…

Since when are paddles used in beer pong?

Bah. East Coast effete beer. I’m in Chicagoland, and my everyday beer is Old Style.

And I don’t do drinking games now, nor did I in college….

How long is the odor expected to yuengle?
