How’s Eddie?

Just put it on the expense account Dollar.

That’s the third time this month.

Well, he didn’t get a DAME, but he DID get a dam……anchor to the head.

No Monty. You did not trip and fall like an idiot. You got rolled by 6 guys with base ball bats and you managed to chase them off.

If he can’t see, how did he know it was a Mushroom anchor. It could have been a Grapnel or Northill anchor.

So annoying when people leave their anchors all over the waterfront.

Is it me or does Monty look like Jarvis in panel 3?

The Trench coat is a good look for Monty.

I listen to old time radio shows and one had Dick Powell as a hardnosed detective. Every episode he would get conked on the head and have a conversation with some entity that was himself. It was different.

This occupation is not your calling, Monty ol’ boy.

I thought “Rolling” was reserved for passed out drunks.

He stubbled and fell.

The Hello Kitty Bandaids will add a macho touch. :)

I would have gone with the other story myself, regardless……
