Mmmmm… Chafer grubs.

I never had a bird of any species that liked crackers; they liked pretzel sticks though.

Coming on a bit strong Myrtle, I’ll bet Pils is not hungry maybe a beer would be refreshing, you have one too.

All that’s missing is the fumes coming out of his little ear holes. :D

Today’s strip was educational — I looked up “chafer grub” and learned I’ve seen those commonly in lawns, but didn’t know what they were til now.

Never thought I’d be looking up Chafer Grub today

man, if i’d only known pilsner liked those, i could’ve sent him a bunch from our veggie patches… ☺
