Daughter had the invisible fence – the dog would run through it to get out of the yard and then howl and whine to get back into the yard. They finally went to a visible fence.

Maybe you should get him an invisible tin cup to rattle against the bars.

Is it just me, or is Mike Peters’ artwork on the decline?

He’s playing that depressing song from the dog pound scene in Lady and the Tramp. That should convince Mother Goose to get rid of the fence.
