Green House report………………………’Well…….my lettuce is coming in nicely, nicely, thank you. And, the herbs are doing well. The natursiums have sprouted, and the sweet peas are doing well, as are the petunias. However, the cilantro and the marigolds have no sign of sprouting. I wonder why???

@MontanaLadyI don’t know where the time goes? It moves too fast to follow!!The marigolds should sprout soon. I had them all over my garden in the Mohave Desert. They seem to like the hot weather. Had all kinds of marigolds, only planterd them onceand then they just spread by themselves. They help against a lot os the bugs that mess with a garden so i never bothered them. Was getting a lot of homemade hybreds>>

Did y’all see the weather reports for the last several days? Thursday Kountze, Texas, 12 miles south of here, recorded the highest temperature in the US. 105 deg.

Chapter 11 of “Little Orphan Annie and Sandy” is at Today’s Annie Comic.

Weather…… Supposed tp get over a 100 today, and a bit more tomorrow. Very bad for SE Aridzona. Forecast is for high winds and single digit humidity. And we have some big fires burning in really rough terrain. One has been burning for about a month, and is now the fourth biggest wildfire in state history with containment no more than 25 percent. That wind has been blowing a lot lately. :-(((
