Good morning, Villagers. I finally cleared away all the newspapers and clippings that accumulated over the past 5 months. Just in time – a friend from Virginia plans to visit me while he’s on the way to a trip to Germany. I’m still planning to go to northern Germany sometime soon as we;; as to Norway to meet in person my new Uyghur friend.

I’ll be incognito for a few days. We leave Raleigh at 7:15 tonight, and arrive home at 11:30 our time. Hope we are in time to meet the connecting flight.
All in all, we had a wonderful visit. But, as always, it will be great to be home.
