Good morning Vagabonds.Happy Memorial Day. Sunday turned out to be a very nice day and we had a good time at a cookout. Today is supposed to be even better than the temp goes down hill.Enjoy yourself, it’s later than you think.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Today is supposed to get up to 103. I don’t think I will go out much.

A blessed Memorial Day to all of those who have lost loved ones who were veterans or soldiers. And a big THANK YOU to those who have served.

Good morning, Vagabonds. A good Memorial Day to all and I’m glad we remember the true significance of the day.

Yesterday I went to a friend’s birthday party in Queens, NY. On the train I met a Turkish woman who recognized that my cap had the insignia of a Turkish futball (soccer) team. On the bus I met someone newly arrived from Uzbekistan (the neighborhood where the party was has a high percentage of central Asians). The walk from the bus stop to my friend’s building was a hardship and, on the way back, although I had a ride back to Manhattan and took the subway from there, I arrived home too tired to read GoComics last night.

    Good Morning My Little Vagabonds,

I’ll echo Jan, and thank all our Veterans and their wonderful families for all their sacrifices! We have been hearing about our Vets and their efforts………….our true HEROES!!!

We had 79 degrees yesterday, and are expecting some scattered thundershowers later today/tonight. I love it…….the air is so fresh!
