Hello Vagabonds..Another Vermont fall day, it’s getting chilly..Voting day, woo hoo, no more political ads on TV, at lest for a few months..The answer to the weekend trivia question is (drum roll please) “Bearcats” named for their car, a Stuz Bearcat..Don’t get lost on the way to the polls..ttfn
We’ll be going out to vote later this morning. We missed the “earlybird” voting because of Michael’s problem last week.
Today will be busy! Michael has his first therapy appointment, I have my regular Tuesday prayer group and today is our 31st wedding anniversary so we are going out to dinner tonight.
I believe that today’s B.C. pretty much says it all. I went for years without a TV and, after the past few months, I kinda wished I hadn’t got one. I don’t remember ever listening to a mid-term election war of words, but it got to where I had to hit mute when the ads started. Never heard so much mud slinging and out-right lies before. Wish I could go back to Shirttail Creek and live the rest of my life there instead of in “Civilization?” Okay, Rant finished.
