Good morning, vagabonds. I spent half the day waiting for the bus to take me to and from the Post Office yesterday but at least I had a nice swim for an hour in my pool (water was GREAT) afterwards.
I hated to do it, but I had a eucalyptus tree taken down in the front yard yesterday. It was a beautiful tree, about 35 feet tall, but it was too close to the house and we were really concerned that it would damage the foundation.
Hello Vagabonds..Wow! It’s getting hot, almost 30 outside..Sometimes you really want to wring the neck of that fellow who can’t understand the simplest explanation, who’s got it stuck in his little pea brain that it’s the oppossite true. That can be Town Meeting, it only happened once yesterday, the meeting went rather smooth. The school meeting also had a little bump in it, but we made it..I’ve got things to do, later dudes..ttfn
Well………..our wonderful Daughter in Law made her Supreme Court appearance yesterday, and held up VERY well under the questions from the Supremes! I read the transcript, and she held her own and answered every challenge. The opposing attorney didn’t do so well. The decision will be handed down in about a month.
So, in addition to one of the highest highs you can get, they had to sit in the DC airport for 5 hours waiting for their turn to fly……..still had weather problems. It took our son 2 days to get there for the same reason. But, they are both back in San Diego (1:30 a.m. instead of 9:30 p.m.)
2 above this a.m., but, the Arctic blast is over! It will be almost 40 today, and in the 60’s by the week end! Hurray!
Good morning Vagabonds.I was tired so I slept in for awhile this morning. We had snow again last night. Only about 1 inch and now it’s warmed up to about 40 and melting but no sun.Have a good day.
