Looks like we are going to have a fine fall day. Well, I should’a looked at the forecast first, temperatures are the fine part, but, the rain continues all day, a steady rain that will soak in and not carry away the hillside. (^.^)
It’s good to hear from our old friend Arye and that he’s doing alright. I see his posts on Face Book from time to time and put in a like and sometimes a reply. Tell him to keep up the good work.
The doctor didn’t give me any bad news, so it must be good news. (^.^)
Well, later on I’ll swim out to the post office, quickstop and back home again.
May the Lord bless you and keep you, may the Lord lift up his fatherly face upon you and give you peace.
The clouds are clearing away, and we’ll have some sunlight soon. It’s all the way up to 34, on it’s way to 41. I should be able to get a walk in if it’s not raining.
I got some energy back, so I’ll try dusting today. It’s so hard to do things that need your hands. But, our covid numbers are so high we can’t take a chance having the cleaning lady in the house.
Love your closing prayer, Mark. You are so eloquent.
Day 183 with no rain. At least the temps are coming down a bit.
Our HOA has its annual meeting this afternoon. The results of the board elections will be announced. I was one of 6 candidates for 4 positions on the board. Even if I don’t win, my prayer is that one long-time board member who is a rabid obstructionist gets voted off. We need new blood.
Other than that, it’s laundry this morning and church this evening. A good day all around.
A beautiful day here in the Ozarks! We have had rain since Sunday and today we have sunshine, beautiful sunshine. Of course the rain is supposed to return by Friday and I am enjoying it. We had our patio door open for most of the day and our high was 72 with a light breeze. Thoroughly enjoyable.
Today was laundry day and it feels good to have my last load in the dryer, and everything else is folded or on a hanger and put away. Feels good. I just wish I could have this kind of energy more often and on consecutive days. Well it is about time to warm up my plan-over chili for an early supper.

Morning, Village!
I got an email from Arye. He says he’s doing as well as can be expected, and is avoiding the covid, and wants to tell everyone Hi!
