Good morning, Vagabonds.
Would one of you lovely people be kind enough to send some of that rain our way, please. We’re now at day 187 without measurable rainfall.
It got down below 60 last night for the first time this fall. We both wore jeans instead of shorts for our morning walk. The temp was 61 then. For us that is cold. (Apologies to Rita) Our high is supposed to be 85 and partly cloudy. When we were out it wasn’t even partly sunny, but the sun has now peeped out a bit.
I have found the spot to work on my painting! Directly under the chandelier in the library is perfect. It is supposed to be the dining room, so the fixture is a bit low but that makes it great for doing such a project.
I have switched my Avatar from Michael and me to my two boys. Mike is on the left and Chris on the right. This is also the photo that is my paint-by-number project.
Today’s agenda is pretty clear. I need to study my Sunday school lesson for tomorrow. I start my stint as a teacher at first service. I will let you know how it went.
