Howdy Vagabonds
Currently clear and 27 degrees and as the remains of Zeta goes on through we are not likely to get much as it is way south, maybe a trace of snow. Snow! From a hurricane!? (O.O)
On the local news this morning in New Haven, VT is a grave. Nothing unusual about that, except it is the the final resting place of a doctor who was afraid of being buried alive. Because of this fear the doctor had specific items put in his will for such things as bells and whistles even a set of steps to make it easier to get out. The most unusual thing about the grave is that there is a window in it. Must be so he could see what he was doing.
The night before Halloween, called in these parts, Cabbage Night. A night of mischief. Living out of the village I did not get into a lot of trouble with the neighbors, not a hard thing to do when our house was one of only three on the hill. Now there are nine houses between the village and the center. (>.<)
So much for the macabre and the mischievousness of the day.
